The 33 bead Anglican Episcopal Rosary was conceived in the mid-1980s by Reverend Lynn Bauman through the inspirations from a contemplative prayer group. The design incorporates several elements from both the Orthodox Chotki or prayer rope and the Catholic Rosary.
The 33 beads represent the 33 years which Jesus spent on this earth as a man. There are 4 groups of 7 beads called “weeks”. In between each “week” is a “Cruciform” bead. The intersection of these four beads forms a cross.
Our version is very strong thanks to the paracord and an excellent size which makes it easy to carry with you.
